Well I don't know about all of you other guys, but I'll have to say it needs a bit of work.

Black .. looks great for 1998.

It views off-cocked in both ff and ie because the logo, banner ad, facebook, and twitter graphics are stuffed into the top.

Your table widths are in "%" and your graphics widths are in "px" ...
You might do well to assign "px" to your table widths so that doing the math with regard to width will be easier for you. At least you might have a good shot at getting the page to center without having to scroll from side to side. Right now you've a 400px banner and a 728px banner stuffed into the same table. One would have to set his screen resolution to higher than 1100px to see the site centered.

Standard screen resolutions are usually set to 1024px, even on some of the larger panels these days. This is why most fixed width designs stop at about 900px for widths.

Put those two cumbersome. slow loading banners into separate tables.

Its alright but the site looks dated even though its new. Try looking at some web 2.0 sites and really get a grasp on the future of the web.

hello! i like the design of your site. it is clean, everything seems to work well.
but the only thing - i think the design doesnt express the main idea of the site
i am admirer of rock and i would like to join this community, but we (rock admirers) would like to see more "rock" style, do you understand me? may be some rock connected boxes "register your guitarr" instead of just "register". or some pics of famous bands on the background...
