Its needs organization.
That is your main thing, I believe. When i got on, I saw a whole bunch of images, and I went to look for an image about cars, but I couldn't see a link to where such images would be.

The search function is great, but does the end-user know what to search for?
The entire site needs to be categorized, its a standard practice for sites similar.

Other then that, the clean, lo-fi design is good because your users will be downloading large images. Maybe something like a rewards program for uploaders or something could come in handy.

Other then that, its looking alright, but there is definately room to improve.
However, be proud you got this far, a lot of people give up on the name.

I love the first page I see when I open the site. A bunch of images in the center, a nice design and a sample of what's inside.

As of now, The search function did not help me. If simply gave me random images no matter what I searched. Also, as Jacob said, categorization would be nice as well.

On the about us page.First of all, fix the grammar, just to make it look more professional. Then write more about it. Tell them your passion, or why you made the site.

The upload wallpaper page doesn't work, so more on that as it comes
