It looks very simple and modest and you should add a logo and some more graphics to your website to make it look more and more attractive.

well, i like it, i think it's sophisticated, and the content is for webmasters therefore more graphics would be just bandwidth consuming practice

one thing I really don't like , is the picture of dog's head in the header.

I think it would be far better, if you come up with a some "nice logo" with "same background" as the header does.

I have visited the site 'SourceDeveloper'. I liked this site. It is very simple and useful. It is a small forum in strength. But I hope it may develop as a prominent Forum. So I signed up with it.

Nice design, very clean looking. My only suggestion is to add some graphics or content to the right hand side. It is kind of empty over there and looks dead.

All in all I would give it a 6/10. Good job!

The color palette you used is nice and good. Overall, it makes me feel cozy. Just one thing, please update your number of years and let people know that your website is still serving. "2006-2007". You made the text so light that almost people cannot see, are you guilty or something? I think since you've opened your business, there's nothing you should hide.
