Best free web hosting

What do you guys think are the best free web hosting offers out there?
I am looking for free web hosting but don't want hosts who would put their ads on my website.

x10hosting.com isn't great, but the ad-free one isn't terrible. I use paid, so I stopped looking for free a little while back.

I would recommend hostbigger.com , no adds tattooed on your site, cpanel based, 1GB disk, 10 GB bandwidth . What else are you looking for in a free host ? What would be a bargain sealer for you ?
