if u have main market in china dont use powweb, they dont have indicate ip service, and your site may be banned because china gorvernment banned the site in the same server. ..

try discuss with them and ask them to assign you a new IP address.

Powweb is horrible. I used to have some sites hosted with them. There was too much downtime. Also, when there wasn't any downtime, the websites were loading too slowly.
After weeks of this, I moved to a new host.
I don't know if they've gotten any better since then.

They still suck huh, I had them many, many years ago and they were horrible and overpriced for what you got.
