They are all fairly shit.
A) I hate being locked in for 2 years.
B) I hate having to pay for the two years in advance
C) Their customer support is pretty pathetic (some of them) and I ended up getting abused when I asked them something.

To narrow your search results, look for a host that supports PHP (not in safe mode) and provides SSH shell access. Mysql databases are helpful as well. Are you trying to do any commerce on this site ?
