Is there any webhost which offer pay per use offer. I mean that i don't have to pay any fixed monthly price for some package but i pay depending on the amount of service i use.
Build-your-own-package.com ... im kidding but its not the first time i've heard that. Maybe in the original days of hosting where offering 100MB of space and 500 mb off bandwidth lead the industry. Bandwidth and resources are cheap now. Its not economical to offer anything like that and expect to make a profit.
