well i ordered a unmetered reseller at shoutserv, little did i know i wasted my money on that , for as long as 5 days their server was down, later i came to know they changed their company and so all nameservers were changed, they did not even mail any clients about it.
All i can say is they are really N00bs in hosting.

Not that bad, but I have had some bad experiences toward the end of my stay with HostIcan. Their server kept getting attacked, 3 weeks in a row. My 1 year was up with them so I decided to move - not because of the attacks, just because I needed a VPS.

Thats pretty harsh. I'd say its important that you find a host in which you can call up and speak to someone who actually works their, and speaks your language. Its also important to keep your contact info up to date. They may send out notifications via that system and you may have just missed it.. it happens.
