I use FlashFXP. It costs money but is the best client I've ever used.

I have FileZilla installed, and its good for a free program.
I don't know much about FTP, and my opinion on the programs, is that as long as it works, its good for my needs.

Honestly, if you have cPanel, then you have the best FTP you could get.
I am a massive fan of FileManager v3, its excellent for what I need.

I use Dreamweaver to make my sites and I can upload it through its interface, a lot easier than opening a different FTP client.

Filezilla! It has all the qualities and features a Commercial FTP client can offer.

Total Commander/FireZilla/FAR, these are the options that most of our clients use.

I prefer the free Mozilla Firefox extension FireFTP. It's free and simple to use! It's better than most commercial FTP clients out there in my opinion.
