Default Modem configuration

I want to configure my UT300R2U BSNL modem. I did enter 192.168.1.1 in browser. But it did not any display. Why?

Make sure everything is connected and try again, if it still doesnt work, post back.

I checked all connections. But i am using internet in this modem. Now the 192.168.1.1 url is not working.

You already have internet running? Check your ip, and make sure its the same one.

Already i have running internet. I did enter ip , subnetmask, default gateway. If i did enter those ip addresses, internet connection does not work. Now iam using "obtain ip address automatically" option. But i did enter 192.168.1.11(my ip) in browser, a my php project is running.

Are you sure your modem's IP is 192.168.1.1?

Thanks to Crafterz and bdude for reply!. My problem solved with one matchbox stick!. I pressed backside hole of the modem through matchbox stick. It was resetting and i got router login page. Now i getting internet after I did enter PPPoE settings correctly.

I had the same problem before with US Robotics. I updated my FirmWare. The problem solved.
