Two of my hosts have cpanel and offer several different options for stats....Awstats looks really good....

According to me I generally prefer Google analytics or Awstats which gives a clear picture of the website visitors. keywords as well as the demographic area. This helps in understanding and gives a fair view.

I think Google Analytic is pretty good and its quite useful as well.

Google analytics. And a thing that I use to protect my website which also shows all stats with more acurrity than anything else would.
