how to make pops as a part af advertisement for the websites?

Do not use popup for an advertisement, because popup is blocked in most of the browser now. SO I would advice you to take another solution for advertisements.

People hates pop ups... so it will be bad on sites reputation... also Most of the browsers now by default will stop pop us.. no point having one in ur web stie..
