I am looking to put a PHP pop-up on my site. Not for marketing, just somthing that looks like a "post-it" note that comes in and can be closed if the user wants.

If anyone can help me, that would be great!

are you talking about java script popup? Are you using java script popup with php? I am bit confused with your question

you can use target=_blank with your html link code or with echo in php. If you have any further problem let me know about it

You can use this javascript to open window
