tooltip help needed

I have tooltips (text that appears when you hover over a link) working in Firefox but it doesn’t work with IE.

I'm using a Title tag like this:
<a href="httpxxxdotcom" title= "Share your photos"><img width="180" height="60" border="0" align="left" alt="" src="httpxxxdotcom/photos/button.gif" />

Any ideas?
