* a website that is good in visitors eyes with more Flash animation and images or a website with just full of text?
* how to make a SE friendly site?
* Is Flash Animation helps website to get high traffic?

could you be more specific? What kind of site? What kind of traffic (who?)?

And I don't think flash will raise your traffic with much difference unless you site is flash based.

Flash != SEO.

Flash based sites are horrid for search engines.
Please make your question a little easier to understand... are you asking how to combine SEO whilst still giving your end-user the best experience possible?
