Default Too Many Java and Flash

I love to make my site looks lively, like scrolling news, flashy banners, images and more. But somehow, the site become slower to load. Is there any solution for this?

you haven't mention your site, but as you are saying that it has scripts, embeded objects and image, site will be slow, and the only solution is to remove or less this kind of stuff. Use content/text instead, it's better for your site seo as well.

One possible solution is to use DHTML.

http://mootools.net/ is a great place to start. You don't place a bunch of images and embedded objects, but you'd rather 'code', so if you design well, then you can just code your website AND animate different objects.

well, i suggest you to avoid a flash banner. maybe it's look cool, but it's make you site slow to load. and don't using big-resolution image. resize it.

Too much Flash just makes sites look cheap and tacky.... try for more style and content and less flashy graphics!

don't put up more flash and java because can effect page loading. if you want, you can limit it.
