I've made a few templates that I wanted to submit to http://www.oswd.org/, but after doing so I realized the last submission there was 12 months ago, meaning the site must be dead.

Does anyone know a good place where I can submit open source templates I have designed?

I'd suggest that your start a blog and put your templates there. You can use a simple free blog like the one offered by blogger or you can pay for a hosting and share them there. The best thing is to share them first on YOUR place. Good Luck

How will people find them though? No-one reads my blog lol. (less than a few hundred visits a month).

By sharing, do you meant giving them for free. Well, you can set a blog and it is free if you were using free hosting like Bloggger. If you want to earn some money from them, I think there are several website like templatemonster.com offering service to sell it.

You can try webdesign or webmaster forums, I'm sure many people will be interested in your work and maybe you can get more visitors to your blog if you promote you templates there.

What do you mean by sharing? For what software you design free template, as you mentioned that it's for opensource. I guess, you should visit the websites with free webtemplates, you will find some good one to submit.
