Thumbs up PHP easier than HTML.

I have used HTML and PHP a lot of times but finally I used PHP easier than PHP for developing my designing skills. What do you think guys, have you experienced any good thing like me?

I dont know because i havn't yet used php and i still stick to html for my programming but im quite sure to aspx and php soon...
