I think that to design a website or a forum is not that much difficult these days. Any Tom and Dick can do it. Because once my friend who does not know anything in this tried reading the online tutorials for java script,php, my sql. He know only flash. So with these basic knowledge he had builded his own forum and sites. So the work is just made easy for everyone those who have got the desire to learn.

Yeah you are right. Actually these days we can find a lot of open sources for making your own forum or any kinda website. You can find vBulletin, MyBB, etc. very easily with a lot of good inbuilt features.

Hmm...Well the forum your working on now is of vBulletin and many others are there providing open standards and softwares like Microsoft Frontpage allow users to make their own websites so very easily.
