If you have a tech. related site then check out zymic. They have quite a few templates and some tutorials if you wish to make your own.

The tutorials seem to be good and can be used to put together a nice website by collecting information from various tutorials posted there. Its better to create a custom design at some point rather than keeping on using templates.

I know but they are good to use for a new webmaster. Or someone who is not as graphically skilled as others.

Zymic templates are awesome, I download a lot from their website, unfortunately they aren't good to be used for more professional looking websites. Daydreamgraphics.com has many good graphics and templates to download for free, but register an account is required.
