I've been telling everyone here to use Microsoft Frontpage for all the details of making a website and the most easy solution to do would only be that software so go ahead and use it and have fun.

Thumbs up

Hi databaseking,
What HarryGr8 is right. You can use Microsoft Front page.It is more comfortable to create attractive web pages than html.Because there you don't need any html coding knowledge.Because it is automatically generated. There are options to create banners, links in images etc.If you want to know html coding for this, after completing your design, just click the tab named html, then you can view the codings.Try it and see the result.
All the Best!

Try to work with Dreamweaver, you add a lot of good stuff with it.
