Need a custom pligg template made

Hello all,

I need a custom pligg template for an upcoming website.
The template has to look sharp with nice colors and coded well to be CSS-compliant.
If you don't know what pligg is, then don't bother with this offer.
You must know what pligg is and/or have coded pligg templates in the past.
Need the job to be done within 3 weeks.
There will be an extra bonus if I am very satisfy with the result.
