Default Google requirment for link building

Hi,

I am doing link building for my site, i have create just one page with resources.html name. Now there is maximum 300 links just on 1 page.I think i have cross limit thats why my keywords not getting any rank..Please help me out how many link should be on 1 page??

Google's Design and Content Guidelines:
- Keep the links on a given page to a reasonable number (fewer than 100).

I think that the "100 links within a page" is just a suggestion (not an order ) made by Google and I don't think going over the said "limit" will affect your keywords.
As suggested by Google, you may separate the links by doing sub pages/ separate pages

The less outbound links you have the better ranking you will get. I try not to have more than 30 outbound links on a page.

Google always prefer inbound links. I must used to inbound links in running process.

Well, I don't know if this is a theory or not, but having more inbound / incoming links (backlinks) from realted websites would definitely give a boost on your SERPs rankings.

its not a suggestion per say, its what they KNOW will help your site
