how could I find a blog with dofollow links..???
is there any tool for finding dofollow blogs..??

You can find a list of dofollow blogs along with Page Rank here:

You can also do a search for "Dofollow Directory" and find some resources this way as well.

You can try using www.commenthunt.com

You can search for dofollow blogs based on PR and niche. Just be sure to participate constructively and don't just drop your links. Spam posts in moderated blogs don't get published.

it's really hard to search for it coz most of the blogs are under moderation using "no follow"

You can also do an image search for "dofollow" and find some blogs this way.
