I am looking for a vBulletin mod that converts forums and threads links into seo-friendly static URLs the same way vBSEO does it.
I am too poor to pay for vBSEO and I would like to know if anyone knows a vBulletin mod that essentially does the same thing that vBSEO does.

If not, can anyone implement something similar to it and how much would it cost?
