Rating system

Anyone can recommend me good rating system for my freelancing application? I want something like star rating system. Point me to good rating system.

You can base it on category like

delivery of project
quality of work
affordability of service

and the like on the 10-point score basis

then the stars will be base on the average.

I have got the solution but having more problem with it. I am getting average rating and getting it in float. Do you recommend to use ceil for that? Or do you recomment showing rating in images so that it looks exactly what it is.

Ok fine I have tried both the function and finally I have decided to go with Ceil function which gives better result if my rating is in image format.
