There are times when we don't find a right script for us. In this case, we have to rent someone to have it custom made for us. Some good sites for this purpose is, project4hire.com, rentacoder.com, elance.com, scriptlance.com.

You can also advertise your script requirements in high traffic forums like Sitepoint. There is a marketplace forum in these forums where you can subject your requirements to bidding to interested parties.

I like elance for big projects because you can choose from some good people.

I guess for me once I find something I like I stick with it. Have never used the other 2 sites. Maybe I have to give it a shot!
