Merging 2 vBulletin forums

Does anybody know about a tool or utility that I can use to merge 2 vBulletin forums??
I have an established vBulletin forum and would like to merge the posts of another vBulletin forum that I purchased with the first one.
Is there anyway to do that even if the 2 forums have different categories??
For example, I would like to be able to specify which category should be merged with which category of the other forum.
