can you share some information with me, I am looking for some free resource to build my blog, I have no money to build it now . so I really prefer some free ones .

wordpress.com is a good hosting service which handles updates and everything for you and has a good themes directory. If you are able for something more complex and have hosting, you should try moveable type(if you have perl) or wordpress (if you have PHP).
