Default Getting the Time

Like I mentioned in another thread (can't post to it since this is my 3 post GRRRR) I have 3 blogs.

One I spend little time on (Webmaster)
One I am spending more time on (Canadian)
and the thrid I am just building and spending the most time.

I would like to have a 500 word post on at least two of these a day, but I find that it takes an average of 2 hours for a post like that. From figuring out what to write about, research, linking and getting images. Currently these sites are not making a lot in revenue so it is hard for me to justify.

How do you cope with this when you are starting? This is amplified with the fact that I work the day job about 9 hours a day, usually more.

I have one blog and I am struggling to post there at least once a month. I am not too much of a blogger.
I guess you have to love writing to be a successful blogger. When you love to do something, you'll find time for it.

Every thing depends on your future goals, if you intend to earn money from those blogs and this is one of the primary reasons you have started them. Then you need to invest time and energy no matter what. See this phase as the investment phase, after all even brick and mortar companies and establishments take years to start earning a profit.

However if you are doing it for fun, then only post when you feel like it, don’t stress yourself too much or you will loose interest.

I guess that I should think about it more for fun.

I have a good day-job so I guess I should have fun developing my writing skills and use my blogs for fun rather than working them more like a business.

well ! it seems that you started 3 blogs without having a proper plan for them and now you are having trouble with time management. I can't focus on more than one blog at a time. Even it's about the films, the topic love to read and write, but even than it demands focused writing. I think you should ask some one to help you in blogging.

Write a lot of articles and keep them in your collection. Paste them in your blog and set the date when they will be published. Doing this, you can expect to have a relaxing days ..

You have to maintain a proper time schedule for your 3 blog. Write article and make a collection of this.
