I want to learn website design and I am choosing among the two...

which is the best choice to make a website?
PHP or ASP.Net?

what are the great features in PHP without in ASP.net?
what are the great features in ASP.Net without in PHP?

I personally prefer PHP.
Also I like java for web, even if it is not so common.

Depends on the website.

It all depends on what language you know. If you know a MS language such as C# or VB, you should go with ASP.Net. Otherwise I'd go with PHP.
