I heard learnt my HTML before but Microsoft Fronpage helped me a lot in doing the creative work. So is there any software or platform like this for the new programming languages please tell me.

Dreamweaver works well, it has a CSS editor, a mySQL editor, an ajax editor, and makes coding php a lot easier.

I have never been a big fan of Frontpage.

$400 according to Adobe's site http://www.adobe.com/products/dreamweaver/ . quite expensive IMO, especially since they release upgrades like every year.

Yes I am, for non-commercial purposes. Of course if I ever start using it for business I will pay for the licence. Most of the college computers and work computers (in web jobs) have it installed so it's easy to get around without paying for your own copy.
