Default C++

C++ is a great coding/programming language. I was getting into learning this a few years ago but stopped and went into website design. Anyone here know this language or is actually good with it? I may get into it again later if I have more time.

Well C++ was the mother language for me as VB... Right after i used pascal (oh man those were the days LOL) i went to c++ but since VB and now asp raise i never use it again... But i clearly remember many programs and games i did with C++... I have no doubts that who came from those languages (c++, VB) learn easy asp language... Same logic.

At the moment, I am currently (trying, hopefully) to build an OPerating system out of C++, not sure if it will work, but I've got and done the Memory process of the Operating system, reconnizes it at the moment.

All (well, most) windows applications were written in C++. Even after VB became very solid and powerful, C++ retained its dominance because it's so much more powerful. I'm guessing that .NET is taking over now. In old says, programmers wrote to VM (in C++, etc.), but nowadays, they write to this new VM .NET.
