Can't believe that you've wasted a lot of money just to test which IDE is best.

How do you call an IDE the best IDE? I've used DW in our school but it's damn too slow. What I'm using is Dev-PHP which is free. I say it is the best IDE as it is also being used by thousands of other "penny-wise" web developers.

I use Dreamweaver or Notebook. Notepad is quicker and easier most of the time.

I have it figured out:

Best Editor Arrangement is install NuSphere PHPed and Dev PHP. Use NuSpheres php interpreter with DevPHP.

You just saved $300 doing it this way and you don't have to setup a server of any kind or install php.
