I am looking to open an online payment account who provide recurring billing services. I want the list of some top service providers for recurring billing service.

Also plz share your experiences. I can use them in evaluating different service providers.

CHARGE Anywhere offers a web terminal payment solution that has the option of recurring billing. You can keep a customer database with credit card numbers and do recurring billing. Everything is hosted on their server so security is never an issue.
