I know there are some limit for unverified paypal account, and I think the limit is different in different area,so do you know what is the limit for unverified paypal account in your country ?

I think the sending limit is 100$ USD everywhere for unverified paypal accounts.
Convert 100 USD to your local currency (or currency to which your account is set) to get an idea of your sending limit.
