Default Mojeek Web Search (Beta

http://www.mojeek.com/

Mojeek looks very interesting. Nice un-cluttered layout and pretty good results.

It does lack one think though... Oh yea ads

"Mojeek a new crawler based search engine offering it's own unique results, all of which has been independently gathered and indexed by crawling the web. Mojeek's search results contain no other engine's results"

Anyone know of the size of the index? (if they are using its on at 100%)

Im guessing it contains little over 100 million pages...

I like it tho, but the blue color is hurting my eyes.

Any new search engine that powers it's own results is welcome against the endless garbage of meta search engines all producing the same google results.

I also do not see anything named the mojeek in the long list of bots that crawl my site. However I do see results from my site.

So the question is, how is Mojeek identifying itself during crawl or is only just another meta search engine?

I'm trying to find out if they're metasearching and I can't find where they are getting their results from.

From my own tests, it seems like they have a real crawler and index, very small of course.

I think it's a nice design, keep up the goo work, and by the way, We are releasing the best search engine in the world soon, which will have an offline interfcae, place on hardware we call GO! Pocket.

This device will allow those who have and not have access to internet to get connected at all time, and get any information.

But the thing is that most of the resutl on the page, will me Ads form our GO! Ads program.

Now what do u think is it good to only focus on displaying ads, and or we should have mix?

We need your help.

It is hardly even comparable in terms of search results, but that doesnt mean its not good. Just pretty far behind the big guys.
