Be aware of AdEngage

I signed up with adengage and paid about $80 to advertise on a website that was featured there. According to the stats for that site, the estimated PPC was about $0.02/click.
After I paid the $80 and my ad campaign started, I noticed that my ad was not showing on the website all the time. It was on rotation with many other ads.
Nowhere on adengage did they say that my ad was going to be on rotation. I paid $80 for a week and expected my ad to show on the website for the entire time and NOT be on rotation.
After a week, my ad campaign ended and I noticed that I had received very few clicks. It came to paying $0.88/click, which is SO ridiculous as I would done way better with Google Adwords. The estimated PPC cost that was advertised for this site was $0.02!!!!!
So be aware of AdEngage. You are wasting your money. They will make you think that you signed for advertising for an entire period of time but will rotate your ad among with many others, making it not worthy of the amount of money you spent.

That's why it's ALWAYS a good idea to read the FAQ's before deciding.

From Advertiser FAQ's

If you do not see your ad displayed on a particular site, either AdEngage or the publisher may have denied the ad. You will receive an email that may be filtered as spam if this occurs. If your ad has been accepted but is still not displayed, it may be circulating in the publisher’s Ad Pool and will be displayed in rotation every few minutes.

Well, I had purchased several ad spots with them over a year ago and this policy wasn't in place. My ads were shown for the total duration I had paid off.
Somewhere down the road, they decided to change their policies and they did not make it obvious on your website.
Are we supposed to read their FAQs everytime we want to use their service???

They could have made it more clear that the ads would be rotated.

contact adengage and ask them to provide you the complete details. let them know about your experience. i don't think they would like to get a bad name.
