My favorite search engine is yahoo. 2 deficiencies which I found in google search are that google keeps history of the webpages you access, and secondly, it does not contain informative stuff on homepage like yahoo!

Right.. Atleast yahoo tells some knowledgeable news too, and i really hates that google keeps history of those webpages which are access by us, or you can say theres no privacy in google.

Exactly, its really strange that such a big name as GOOGLE does not provide privacy to its users, despite of the fact that for many people, privacy is a main issue even while just searching for material for a project or report and so forth.

Google and then Yahoo and then MSN. But you know it depends on each website performance, many are very satisfied with their high MSN rankings for example because the majority of their customers find them through MSN.

It can be different among websites.

It would be google, yahoo, and msn in the last.
I go to google when i have to search some content. I don't know about the history keeping stuff, but i don't care much about it.
But google image search isn't so good and you get so many pictures even when they are not what you are looking for, whereas yahoo image search is quite matured.
I rarely use msn, most of the time, when i enter wrong domain name in IE address bar and than it will lead me to msn search, which i don't mind as well.

Google, but I also like to use search.com because it searches the major search engines all at once.
