Default EBay to ban negative seller views

Quote:
Online auction site eBay has said it plans to overhaul its feedback system and will ban sellers from leaving negative comments about buyers.
EBay said problems were occurring, and slowing down trade, when buyers left negative comments about sellers who then retaliated with their own views.

my cousin does alot of sales on ebay, and he's hating the new policy. He said that he gets tons of people bidding and winning his items but they don't pay, and he cant leave negative feedback for them. For each item he has to wait 7 days before he can put in a request for refunds on the seller fees. and on top of that he has to re list the item. he was saying that this is happening to more then 60% of his auctions
