Bing.com is now online! It will totally replacing Live and it is said that it will be Google's tough competition. What do you guys think?

Actually Microsoft's earlier attempt of mSn and live was total failure but what i compared bing has a tremendous potential to compete with yahoo at least but to compete with Google it may take time.
I like your threads and especially messages. Very interesting thread, I think that only bing can beat google. Ranking of some of my web pages at SERP-s at bing and google local is very very similar almost identical. Google international and bing are very different.
Google pay attention to inbound links and bing to content on page.
