I thought it was the job of a hacker to find those security flaws??
Or are you saying that Microsoft are paying hackers for information about its own security flaws???

I think he means microsoft suposedly is paying hackers to explain security breaches. Doesn't seem that unusual. The best security is form the best anti-security.
