Is Microsoft planning to have a PPC program for publishers like adsense and YPN???

Does anyone know if Microsoft is planning on having a PPC program that publishers can sign up with, similar to Adsense and Yahoo Publisher Ads.
I know that they offer a PPC service to advertisers but I have not heard of a program that publishers could join and earn money.

So far, I never heard of it. Maybe they will offer this in the future. They have to come up with something to compete with the other 'giants'
