I listened about a software that Microsoft has created but don't know the exact name. With help of that software we can create a website designs. Has anybody else heard of it before.

Why don't you search on microsoft's offical website? If they have something like it, it must be news/forums/blogs but i never heard of anything yet.
Till than try adobe photoshop for designing websites. you are going to love it.

Probably the latest incarnation of FrontPage, now called Expression Web and if you can't design without software, having some won't help you.

I hope you are joking about that.

You could design a template to create a website from using PhotoShop but not build the site using it.

Yes I have that software and is very helpful for creating some outstanding designs. I really love it and will create new sites for my next project from it.

i am not sure of it whether Microsoft has launched any new software for web designing but there is lot of softwares available in online for website creation. you try search in online to choose the best one.

I warn you...
DONT USE MICROSOFT FOR WEB PROGRAMMING

Why?
They DONT support PHP, etc.
Their codes are sloppy, and poorly automated.
I doubt they support Web 2.0.
THEY DONT FOLLOW W3C.

DONT use Microsoft.
Learn to code (its easier then you think), obtain Dreamweaver, or use a WYSIWYG editor that is OpenSource.

Please don't fall victim to the Microsoft trend
