I recently heard that there were talk that Microsoft is trying to acquire Yahoo and increase it's market share in online industry. But there was some problems in this thing. Is this a true story?

No, just another rumor and i guess, no one is going to believe that. although it must be a dream that microsoft would like to do anything to realize. But i think it's not easy.
Microsoft is big thing but yahoo is not the small one. Right !
