MCSE - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, provide Microsoft.
CCNA - Cisco certified network administrator, provide Cisco.

Both are network related. If we get these certification of any one then you can get better job. But which certification course you like ?

I am personally like MCSE and i am doing that. After MCSE i will do CCNA.

Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.this is the more prefereable course then ccna caz the main reaon is it is goveran by the microsoft.and also it has good value in todays IT market.
