2 dofollow social bookarmking sites and a question

Hi Friends:

Sharing two dofollow SB sites here.

http://www.dizzed.com

and

http://www.blogbookmark.com

I see that first site is dofollow but it has a redirect (301) from story link to main story page. These links will not show up in ANY backlink checker, but I am inclined to think they still pass PR.

Hi,

I dont think that redirect link can pass PR. I am not sure but i think SEs will not count redirect links as backlinks. And if SEs will not count as backlinks then how can it pass PR ?
