Default TLA Poll

I was just wondering, do you wish that Text-Link-Ads provided the actual URLs of the websites in their database so that you could go and personally check/analyze the site? Thanks

They should do ,but they won't because the advertisers would negotiate directly with the site owners and get a much better deal ! Correct me If im wrong but i really doubt ?

A URL would help advertisers in making buying decision. However, you can search for the listings Title & Description to find its URL.

Yes, that's a big turnoff with TLA. I wanted to buy links there and since I could not check the site myself, I could not just trust all the info they gave about the site without checking it myself.

I guess this is a way to force you to buy links through them. Well, in my case, they did not succeed. I just walked away from them.
No good reason to send $xxx for a link when you can not see the site it is going to.

This is the one reason I don't use TLA, I don't like paying 50% of the price of a link on my site to them to get one for me, and there is surely no way on gods green earth that I will pay to put a link on a site i've never seen!...

this is by far the one thing that might take down TLA, experienced advertisers won't use it (at least not a lot of them)
