If your site is really tempting and it have interesting contents then other site owners would be interested in reciprocal link exchange with your site.

Improve on your content - useful and unique content relevant to your niche would get you quality links in the long run.

Once other sites see the value in your content and decide to link to you organically - thats when you get quality backlinks that score high on SEO

Update your content and make sure that the content is interesting enough to make the visitor stop browsing and read it or play it or view it. Doing some link exchange with a high PR sites can give you more traffic
