This is something I often see asked a lot in legal forums, and I noticed it was here yet, so even though we know most people won't read this before they ask (lol)...i'll post it anyway...
The main question I have seen over libel is similar to this...
"This company ripped me off, and I have proof...but I don't want them to sue me for libel for telling people about it..."
To those people who ask these questions...just think about it for a minute, and go look up the word

...it means falsly accusing someone/somecompany of things that are not true...if it is true, and you have proof...there is NO WAY they can sue you...
(well they could...but they'd lose, and you could counter-sue for damages done and cost of the suit, etc, etc...)
any opinions on the topic of libel? (i myself thinks it's a rather dumb law anyway...)
